Appraisal Services was founded in 1992 to fill a need in Southwest Montana for reliable real estate valuation and consulting services that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. Appraisal Services utilizes up-to-date technolgy and research data to accomodate most residential appraisal clients with better than average turnaround times and reliability. For the commercial property clients, Appraisal Services specializes in hospitality, liquor license and recreational property valuations. Appraisal Services also offers specific experience in offices, warehouses and mini-storage units.

Douglas G. Smith has been actively appraising and completing feasibility studies since 1991. Mr Smith holds a Montana appraisal certification # 562 in the State of Montana. Mr. Smith has an undergraduate degree in economics and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Montana.
